The email and SMS audit I run on ecommerce brands.134 checks across the customer lifecycle, scored out of 100. Free to use, no email needed.
How it works
Structure
Foundation first, then five lifecycle stages, then measurement. The points follow where the revenue is: Foundation 20, Subscribers 15, First order 20, Repeat order 20, Loyalty 10, Win-back 5, Measurement 10.
Two tiers
Quick runs the 45 checks marked Quick. About an hour, good for a first look. Full runs all 134.
Ratings
Good earns the check’s full weight, Needs work earns half, Emergency earns zero. Not checked and Not applicable are left out of the math. Each check weighs 1 to 3. A 3 is where failure costs the most revenue or puts the sending domain at risk.
Scoring
Section score = section points × (weight earned ÷ weight possible).
75–100 Optimized50–74 Functional25–49 Underbuilt0–24 CriticalHouse rules
- A flow set to draft or manual isn’t live. It rates Emergency.
- Set your targets before you score. If last period was zero, beating it can’t earn a Good.
- Too few recipients to judge a rate? Mark it Not checked instead of guessing.
- No campaigns at all? The cadence checks carry the failure. The rest are Not checked.
